People keep asking me if I have a feeling whether we are having a boy or a girl. Neither Mike nor I have a preference. Growing up I always wanted boys but as I grew older I think a girl might be fun. It took so long to get pregnant that I just want a baby - boy or girl!
Up until a few weeks ago I had no intuition, no dreams, nothing! Since then, I've had two dreams and in both we had a baby girl about 7 or 8 months old. In the first one, I don't remember much except that she looked like me as a baby. However, in the second one I dreamed that a certain family member took my baby to get her ears double pierced! Why I would dream that, no idea!
My friend Renee also dreamt we were having a girl. Based on her dreams and mine, I kind of think we might be having a girl! We will know for sure on Friday, June 22!
At the beginning of my pregnancy, I really wanted a boy (so did Eain). Not having any baby dreams in the five months before our ultrasound, the night before, we BOTH had dreams that it was a girl! Then came little Finorah! I'm now a firm believer in mother's intuition. Can't wait to find out what you're having! I'm also so excited that you started this blog so we can follow along on your journey!

I thought we were having a boy until the very last ultrasound before Piper was born. They kept telling me it was a girl but what did they know...they only went to medical school! I will be keeping y'all in our thoughts. Boy or Girl you will have a beautiful baby when this is all over. Love you both and the little kumquat (or whatever vegetable or fruit the baby is this week).
