First Tooth

Maxwell's first tooth cut on May 15, just after his 6 month birthday! The week before he happened to be transitioning to a new classroom at school and he was all out of sorts. He had a couple fevers and his teachers and I all thought it was because a tooth was imminent. The Sunday before it cut he had an awful night. He was up crying most of the night with no fever. The next day I could feel the tooth just under the surface and then on Wednesday (the day before we left for our trip to Philly) it cut through! He was much happier once it cut. And he is adorable with his little toothy grin :) I had to wait a few weeks before doing this post so you can actually see the tooth!

It's about a month later and I think a second tooth just cut. He wasn't as cranky as the first time but he's had a couple crying bursts in the middle of the night lately.
