Hearing the Heartbeat Again

We had, what we hoped would be our last appointment with Dr. Vaughn and the Texas Fertility Center (TFC) the week after Easter. If all went well we would graduate to a regular OB/GYN. Well, everything did go well. We got to hear the heartbeat again and I don't think we'll ever get sick of that sound!

Mike's sister, Megan, is a postpartum nurse at St. David's Hospital and she's been telling me for awhile that she has a great OB that she wants to recommend to us. His name is Dr. Kuhlmann. Dr. Vaughn asked us who we planned to use, we told him about Dr. Kuhlmann and before we could ask if he had any recommendations, he said that he's known Dr. Kuhlmann forever and that they are fraternity brothers. He said he is a great doctor! It was definitely meant to be to see Dr. Kuhlmann!

We officially graduated from TFC. They sent us home with a great book and a letter of congratulations! We are really glad we went with Dr. Vaughn and TFC and would recommend them to anyone!

The next day I made our first appointment with Dr. Kuhlmann. More on that later...
